- We then use a combination of steam, controlled pressure and suction to lift away the soil.
- If necessary, we then scrub grout lines.
- After cleaning, our technician reseals the grout with a high-quality, permeable, sealer. This keeps spills and stains from penetrating the surface, while allowing the grout to breathe. Our high-quality sealer is good for 2-3 years, depending on traffic.
